Mark your calendars, Real Housewives of New Jersey fans! Next Tuesday Joe and Teresa Giudice are going to plead guilty to fraud in Federal Court, according to a new report.
Rumor has it that Joe and Teresa accepted a plea deal and will appear before the U.S. District Judge Esther Salas on Tuesday to officially change their pleas for various fraud charges (41 counts of fraud and failure to file tax returns) from not guilty to guilty.

Let's discuss what kind of deal we think they might have made with the prosecutors. I'm willing to bet that Joe agreed to do extra time if Teresa could stay out and have just probation or house arrest. This way Teresa could continue raising the girls and earning income for the family. (Hey, someone needs to pay those insane legal bills, right?) But I just don't see the feds letting her off too easy – they don't mess around.
Updated – NorthJersey.com added this piece this afternoon: "Teresa Giudice would face less than two years in prison and her husband a minimum of three years, under federal sentencing guidelines, the source said." Also, Joe's attorney confirmed that the reports by In Touch Weekly that Joe would serve five years in federal prison and avoid deportation, and Teresa would have a maximum of five years probation was untrue.
I'm not sure if I buy this part of the rumor about his/her jail time and probation – there will be a zillion reports from "insiders" over the weekend, I'm sure. We'll just have to wait until Tuesday to see!
TELL US – DO YOU THINK TERESA WILL SEE THE INSIDE OF A PRISON CELL? ARE YOU A LITTLE BIT SAD THAT THERE MIGHT NOT BE A BIG TRIAL?
