Porsha Stewart has had a lot of changes happening this season of Real Housewives of Atlanta. With her divorce from Kordell in the past she is looking forward and focusing on her.
Speaking to The Grio, Porsha says her motto this season was be true to yourself. "That's exactly what I did – I just forgot about the cameras and lived life," she explains. "When you went through something and you feel like it happened because you weren't true to yourself, that's just what you do: you be true to yourself." If the way she's been acting is her "true self" she should not be bragging…
Porsha also admits the divorce and subsequent financial drama was very taxing and she totally fell apart. "A breakdown was happening back then, but I've reached the break through," she shares. "It was hard to watch some of the first episodes but as I see myself evolve I become stronger and stronger."

When asked about Kordell's sexuality, which she heavily hinted he was on the down low and a queen, Porsha is doing damage control to avoid that potential lawsuit Kordell is threatening for slander!
"Those rumors were out way before Porsha was in the picture," she says. "At the time I said what I said because of the way I felt. The cameras were there and they were capturing raw emotion and that's what I gave. I'm really not concerned about his sexuality."
Porsha is focusing on her own "gifts" now and applying that towards "building a beauty empire". She says, "It's all about bringing out your inner beauty. I just want to build women up and encourage them through beauty."
She's also embarking upon a music career. Porsha recently had a role in Kandi Burruss' play where she sang and danced. "I'm working on a song that is amazing and it speaks to my past relationship." Is it called "I'm In Love With A Queen"? Or Down Low Love? "It's gonna be released really, really soon," Porsha hints. I hope Kandi has learned her lesson and is NOT producing it!
Porsha also discusses her contentious relationship with Kenya Moore. The two were seen making up in Savannah but then last week Kenya threw a fit over Porsha's behavior. "Well we’re not close friends at all," Porsha informs Radar Online, but she does say that their relationship undergoes a lot of twists and turns!
“You have to keep watching as in true housewife fashion, nothing ever stays the same so the turmoil between us comes and goes throughout the rest of the season,” Porsha reveals. Do I have to keep watching either one of you? I'd rather watch the Phaedra Parks Shade Hour.
