I swear – Kim Zolciak is the luckiest person alive!
If you recall Kandi Burruss filed a lawsuit against Kim claiming she stiffed her of her royalties from Don't Be Tardy and failed to give her a production credit. Kandi succeeded in having the song briefly pulled from iTunes over a copyright violation.
The Don't Be Tardy star fired back, claiming Kandi was using the lawsuit for publicity from her now canceled show The Kandi Factory. Well the Real Housewives of Atlanta stars finally had their day in court and a judge ruled in Kim's favor – over a technicality!

TMZ says the deciding factor was a federal jurisdiction technicality. It should be interesting to see if Kandi with her attorney Phaedra Parks files another suit.
Meanwhile Kim is, of course, gloating up a storm on twitter and boasting about being the victor. Which I guess technically she is… "The truth always prevails" she insisted continuing to claim she already paid Kandi.
