When it rains – it pours. Lamar Odom has had one hell of an August. Plagued by cheating scandals, had his reported substance abuse issues outed, is allegedly divorcing Khloe Kardashian – and now he was arrested for a DUI!
In the wee hours of Friday morning Lamar was popped at 3:54 am in San Fernando Valley by the California Highway Patrol. Lamar was spotted on the 101 freeway driving in a "serpentine manner" and going too slow (only 50 MPH) when police pulled him over.
Apparently he ignored the police car's flashing sirens and drove three exits before finally pulling over. Police observed "objective signs of intoxication" and Lamar failed "numerous" field sobriety tests before being taken to the station.

According to TMZ no drugs or alcohol were found in Lamar's white SUV (only cologne and cigarettes) but deputies on the scene smelled alcohol on Lamar's breath and believe he was under the influence of both drugs and alcohol. Sources reveal that Lamar's driving and conduct were "consistent" with drug use.
Once booked the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star refused chemical tests and was released at 8:33 a.m. on $15,000 bail. Since Lamar refused chemical tests he will automatically lose his license!
Wow – I cannot imagine how Kris Jenner is going to spin this…
