Well it was only a matter of time – and we knew it was coming – but Jason Hoppy is staying silent no more! Did anyone else cheer?
Two weeks after Bethenny Frankel filed for divorce seeking primary custody, health insurance, and a life insurance policy before embarking on the woe-is-me-marriage-isn't-a-Disney-movie-publicity-tour, Jason has returned the favor.
According to TMZ, Jason fired back by filing papers also seeking primary custody of two-year-old Bryn along with child support – and he is fighting fire with fire which basically means the easy-peasy peaceful divorce the Bethenny Ever After star has been sobbing about wanting to the media, isn't going to happen.

Among his demands, Jason is seeking all the things Bethenny herself asked for. He wants primary custody, child support for Bryn, medical and dental for himself and Bryn, and for Bethenny to cover a life insurance policy which lists both he and Bryn as the beneficiaries.
Lastly Jason has requested to stay put in the $5M apartment that the couple recently renovated to meet all Bethenny's their wants and needs. Jason is seeking "exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence." Bethenny also requested that.
Bethenny has reportedly temporarily moved out and is living with a billionaire hedge fund manager Warren Lichtenstein. Sources insist the two are "just friends."
And Jason has one last demand: he wants Bethenny to pay for his lawyer and accountant. Cue the forensic investigation of Bethenny's finaces! Good thing Bethenny is allegedly dating a billionaire and has hired a super high-powered attorney, but something tells me Jason has hired quite the sharky attorney of his own.
Go Jason go! Does anyone think this is going to get Kim Kardashian–Kris Humphries nasty? No word yet if Jason is under some sort of confidentiality clause either…
