It's a small world when it comes to reality television…even smaller when you're talking about Beverly Hills. Everything seems to overlap, and the same is true when talking about Kim Kardashian and Kanye West. Those two are all over the place!
Of course, pimp momager Kris Jenner wants to make sure she still has the upper hand when it comes to taking care of her favorite daughter, and she's going to make sure she gets her way. Also interesting is how everyone's favorite househusband helped the couple secure their new home. We'll also hear from one of their uber famous soon-to-be neighbors.

According to Radar Online, Kris wants Kanye to take out a life insurance policy for the benefit of Kimye, Jr. A source says, “Kris has made it known to Kim and Kanye that she expects the singer to take out a hefty life insurance policy, naming their baby as the primary beneficiary and Kim as second. Kanye is absolutely on board with getting the policy and had actually already looked into it before Kris brought it up. Kanye is in perfect health but he travels a lot and performs all over the world, sometimes in not so safe locales, and that concerns Kris. It’s basically just good sense, and pretty common procedure for new parents, though not usually for such a high amount! Kim will also be taking out her own life insurance policy naming the baby as the beneficiary.” I bet that Kris will have Kim name her as second beneficiary instead of Kanye!
In the meantime, Kim and Kanye will be nesting in their new Bel-Air mansion. In case you were curious as to who sold it to them, it's Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and Splits Richards' hubby Mauricio Umansky. High end realty meets high end reality! All Media NY is reporting on on the lavish mansion. A reality specialist shares, "Kim and Kanye’s recently purchased property is located in one of the most exclusive gated communities in Bel Air, and sits on a massive plot of land that is absolutely breathtaking. Mauricio Umansky was one of the listing agents involved with the transaction as well.”
The $11 million home will be pricey to upkeep as well. Between homeowners' insurance, property taxes, and homeowners association dues, Kimye is likely going to spend between $60,000 and $70,000 a month. Yes, a month! I can't even fathom.
One of Kimye's new neighbors spoke of the reality star in a new documentary entitled $ellebrity. According to Us Weekly, Jennifer Aniston explains, "There's nothing wrong with Kim Kardashian and all those people. If that's how they choose to make a living, more power to them."
She adds, "My line of work is different. I want to entertain people."
Something tells me that Jen is not going to be heading to Kim's to borrow a cup of sugar!
