Hell hath no fury like Kris Humphries scorned! The very brief marriage of Kim Kardashian has ben haunting her and haunting her and haunting her – and Kris isn’t stopping now.
The ex-couple is currently in the pre-trial process because Kris is seeking an annulment from the Keeping Up With The Kardashian star who wishes for a divorce instead.
Intent to throw both her past and her alleged publicity stunt in his ex-wife’s face, Kris is subpoenaing pretty much everyone Kim knows – including her now boyfriend Kanye West. I can only imagine what those two will be wearing in the courtroom. His and hers robes of justice adorned with bling? LOL
Speaking of fashion, Kim’s lawyer Laura Wasser recently told TMZ just how Kanye got served with a summons… in a Nordstrom box! Yes, the very sneaky Kris (who may just be a Kardashian in spirit) had the papers served using the high-end department store box and delivered right to Kim’s door where Kanye happened to be staying at the time. HA!

Kim’s lawyer is none too impressed – and neither is Kim. She’s already racked up $250,000 in legal fees related to the divorce and now comes the news that her divorce is doubly outlasting her marriage as it’s not due to be settled until next year. Which unfortunately means we’ll have to keep hearing about it.
The good news in all of that is that Kanye won’t be able to rush to the alter and it will give him a chance to reconsider ruining his career and image any more by becoming the next Mr. Kardashian. Oh, lordy would Kris Jenner love to get her hooks in him…
IS KANYE PLANNING TO PROPOSE TO KIM USING HIS MOM’S RING?
Yesterday in a scheduled conference, both parties’ attorneys went head-to-head about Kris‘ reasons for taking this divorce so far. Kris maintains that Kim entered into the marriage fraudulently and the “lack of cooperation” from Kanye’s attorneys and the Kardashian production companies associated with their reality shows is delaying the case.
Kamp Kris believes that Kim had “no intention of proceeding with this marriage. That it was basically a contrivance for the benefit of her show and to make money.”
“To say that I’m frustrated would be an understatement,” Kim’s attorney complained, according to The Huffington Post. “I am at a loss to figure out what the holdup is. … It’s dragging on, it’s clogging resources.” They intend to bill Kris for the legal fees Kim accrues. However, If Kris is granted an annulment, Kim will be responsible for all his legal fees (as well as her own). Oh, well she made about $17M on that wedding – she can afford it.
Several depositions – including Kris J‘s and Kris H‘s girlfriend – have already been taken, with more scheduled. Kim’s attorney contests what she called “overly broad” questioning about things like pimpmomager’s finances.
The judge predicts the divorce hearing will not be finalized until at least next May. Yes – you read that correctly: May 2013. The attorneys are set to reconvene in November.
