Report: Rachel Zoe On A Dangerous Mommy Diet; Rachel Claims She ‘Eats A Lot’

According to a new report by In Touch Weekly, style guru to the A-list Rachel Zoe is wasting away on a “dangerous mommy diet!”

The mag reports that family and friends of the 40-year-old stylist are worried about her weight and want her to remain healthy for her baby boy.

“She lives off of lattes and sparkling water,” reveals a family insider to In Touch. A business associate of Rachel adds, “She never takes time to eat and is a ball of anxiety.”

The mag states that the Rachel Zoe Project star — who reportedly refused to be photographed near a cupcake at a recent event — lost the small amount of baby weight she gained in just a month, while claiming it just fell off. “I swear to you I’ve done absolutely nothing. I’m nursing,” Rachel explained back then.

In Touch however makes it clear no one’s buying her story, including her husband Rodger Berman. “She’s fighting with him because he just wants her to slow down,” says the associate. “She is an amazing mom, but never takes care of herself,” adds the business associate.

As for Rachel, In Touch Weekly caught up with her during the recent Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic on October 9 (she is pictured above at that event), and she claimed to the mag that she doesn’t exercise and actually eats a lot.

When asked how she dropped the baby weight so quickly, Rachel stated: “I don’t know. I don’t exercise, it’s not something I enjoy. I eat a lot, if anything I probably eat more because when I was nursing you have to do that. I’m just really active. I mean, having a 6-month-old son is going to keep you on your feet, I think it’s kind of natural exercise.”
