It was 80s night on Dancing With The Stars and a new front runner emerged on Monday following weeks of leaderboard domination by Ricki Lake!
War veteran J.R. Martinez finally rose to the top last night earning the highest score of the night and praises from the judges! J.R. alongside partner Karina Smirnoff scored an impressive 28 for their sultry sumba. “You are like a shattering sex machine,” said judge Bruno Tonioli, who gave the couple a perfect score of 10. “You had so much fire down below, it was like a volcano!” he added. Carrie Ann Inaba also praised J.R. on his hotness! “Hay papi muy caliente,” she said. “That is the way to dance that samba.”
As for Ricki Lake, she stumbled quite a bit last night for Ricki Lake standards, though she still managed to receive a good score of 24 for her foxtrot. Bruno said it best when he stated: “You can’t be a genius every week.”
Landing at the bottom of the scoreboard for the second week in a row was fashion guru Carson Kressley who may or may not have to worry about what to wear next week on the show! Carson earned a poor 19 out of 30 points with Bruno calling the jive routine from he and partner Anna Trebunskaya a “crowning achievement in madness.” Ouch!
