Christina Hopkins Apologizes For Racist Rant, Oxygen Bans Her From Network

A day after TMZ posted a video of her going on a racist tirade which had her using the n-word a total of 12 times in less than 2 minutes, Christina Hopkins is now apologizing for her shameful behavior.

The Bad Girls Club season 5 alum herself got in touch with us on Friday night, telling Reality Tea, “I apologize and take full responsibility for my foul remarks, which stem from a physical altercation.” Christina’s full apology is below –

“The video that was aired on TMZ is a careless and irresponsible rant that was egged on by anger and alcohol in response to a fight I was involved in over a year ago. Moments prior to the recording, I was subjected to racial slurs during a physical fight with a group of African American women. This is not a defense for such foul behavior; however, I take full responsibility for my inexcusable comments. Words cannot erase the pain that I have cause and I hope that those affected by my hurtful words can forgive me.”

Meanwhile, hours after the video hit the net yesterday, the Oxygen network revealed that Christina is now banned from ever appearing on their network again. The network told TMZ, “Oxygen condemns those comments… she will never appear on Oxygen again.”

And finally, Christina’s season 5 costar/nemesis/weak sauce Ashley Cheatham is now speaking out against her. Ashley is furious at Christina’s comments, rightfully so, telling TMZ that “being drunk is not an excuse to bring out your inner racism. It’s disgusting and downright offensive … Go get a f**king life. Better yet, do the world a favor and go kill yourself.”
