The Bachelor finale aired last night with a happy ending as Brad Womack proposed to his final pick Emily Maynard and she accepted!
However, immediately following the show, we discovered there was already trouble in paradise for the engaged couple. Unlike the previous couples who came on the After The Final Rose special and pretended stated all was perfect in their relationship, Emily, 24, and Brad, 38, displayed some refreshing honesty by admitting they have had some troubles.
They both shockingly revealed they had even broken up once and canceled a planned wedding. The two however stated they are now committed to making things work.
Fast forward to today and sources tell Popeater the two have broken up for good due to Emily’s insecurities. “Emily is so insecure, she just isn’t cut out for all the fame and attention her relationship is under,” a show insider reveals. “The six weeks of shooting the show in paradise was easy, away from prying eyes and photographers, but since they both returned to their normal lives things have been a disaster.”
The sources claim Emily has simply had a tough time adjusting to life after the show with Brad. One of the sources adds that they “would love to say they are going to make it, but they won’t. After we taped the ‘After the Rose,’ it was clear to everyone that this one was not going to work.”
In other news, Ashley Hebert was officially announced as the next Bachelorette last night to the disappointment of many fans, who simply believe she is too boring for the job. “I’ve been single for almost four years,” said Ashley. “I’m excited — I’m making up for lost time.” Ashley’s season of the Bachelorette airs May 23 on ABC.
And finally, it seems former Bachelor “winner” Vienna Girardi has found love again… With a former Bachelorette contestant as she is now dating Kasey Kahl, you know, the crazypants hopeless romantic from Ali Fedotowsky’s season. Yep, the two have been dating for a couple of weeks now and photos of the two lovebirds are below.
